Refund Policy  

Returns
We accept returns only on unopened items within 15 days of purchase. Please email customercare@kumbaiyum.com with your order confirmation number for instructions on shipping returns. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.

 

Refunds/Replacement review process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Approved refund/replacement will in occur a reasonable timeframe.

 

 

 

Shipping Policy 

Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of all orders.

Please allow for 5-7 business days for the shipping of products purchased on our site.

*Commercial orders are subject to contracted purchase agreements and therefore are not bound to the above timeframes.
